The factory is divided into four parts:

The laboratory is equipped with state of the art machineries in order to test every raw material received and every batch prepared. Also, our experienced team of engineers use the technology available to develop new formulas and products to keep up with customers evolving needs.

The production area is equipped with the adequate mixers to ensure a capacity of 35 tones per shift and a unique full automated dosage system to ensure stability in every batch produced.

The packaging area is divided into 3 separate and independent parts: a full automated line for personal care with a capacity of 25,000 bottle per 12h shift. A brand-new state of the art filling line for detergents with a capacity of 20,000 L per 12h shift and a line for cosmetics and perfumes.

In order to become self-sufficient our factory is equipped with “Nissei ASB 50” injection stretch blowing machine that produces high quality PET bottles, used for our personal care products and an HDPE blow molding machine that produces the gallons of our detergents products.
